This my be my stupid issue, he said the machine is 460 s why does he require a 480/277 Wye secondary? He doesn't indicate needing a neutral, but if he generates it he needs to run it. Doesn't make sense to me. PV arrays typically are floating as this allows you to detect earth leakage fro
